Description of  Insulation Sheet :

HengBao Sheet and Roll Insulation is a black flexible elastomeric insulation. The expanded closed-cell structure makes it an efficient insulation. HengBao ex comprises thousands of interconnected closed cells, each with an inherent resistance to water ingress. As such the vapour barrier of HengBao cannot be compromised by surface punctures or tears.

It is furnished with a smooth surface. It is also effective for reducing HVAC noise.

In addition HengBao Insulation is dust and fibre free. It will not emit any particles or fibres, even when cut into shapes and fittings

HengBao Roll Insulation is supplied in 48'' wide (1.2m) continuous rolls in nominal wall thicknesses of 1/4'', 3/8'', 1/2'', 3/4'', 1'', and 1-1/4'' (6, 10, 13, 19, 25, 38 and 50mm). Also available in 39'' wide (1m).

Applications: Used for HAVC, automobile, air conditioning, refrigeration industry, construction, hospitals, hotels and cold storage industries.

1. It is an elastomeric rubber based insulation material in the form of sheet and pipe with closed cell structure which doesn’t contain CFC halogen materials (chlorine, bromine, etc.) and PVC. It is manufactured to be used for air conditioning, heating and cooling systems.It has high thermal insulation value. It can be faced with aluminium foil and can be self-adhesive.

2. Application:

It is a black coloured elastomeric rubber based insulation material in the form of sheet and pipe with closed cell structure It is used on the exterior surfaces of the ducts and large diameter pipe lines in the heating, cooling and air conditioning systems for thermal insulation and condensation control purposes. It is developed to use at battleships, merchant ships, transportation systems; in areas where there are crowds of people such as business and entertainment places, hospitals, airports in order to reduce the emissions of smoke and poisonous gases. The sheets are adhered to the duct surface by using a special adhesive that Hengbao suggested. For the pipe applications, the pipe to be insulated and the rubber surface should fit properly and no gap should be left in between. Joints should be tightly sealed and they should be covered with insulation tape afterwards if necessary. Taping should not result in thickness loss. The application should be protected against distruption and rupture.
